Interview Skills

A job interview is normally done prior to employment. The aim is to evaluate a candidates suitability for the position.

The interview is a formal conversation between the employer or his representatives and the potential employee. The interview can take on a variety of formats eg. telephonic, written, face to face etc.

When all candidates have gone through the interview process, the employer selects the most suitable candidate and negotiations for the job offer commence.
