The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) establishes partnership with government institutions at various levels to coordinate and enhance provision of quality career development services in the country. The DHET also forms stakeholder relationships with various non-governmental organisations to ensure concerted efforts towards access to career development services. In this context the concept partnership refers to government departments, entities and organisations that have entered into a formal agreement with the DHET in the provision of career development services. The formal agreement refer to signing of Memorandum of Agreement or Implementation Protocols. Stakeholder refers to those non-governmental organisations and governmental institutions, government departments, entities and organisations that play a role in the provision of career development services despite having entered into formal agreement.
