Requirements:

- Currently registered students at universities and colleges and who require funding for the 2026 academic year
- Aviation students with valid SPL, PPL or CPL.
- Commercial divers with matric (Senior Certificate). Applicants must be studying or intending to study at a University (Public and Accredited Private Institutions), University of Technology, and either Public and Private Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges.
- This includes Accredited Aviation and Diving Schools.
