Requirements:

  • Matriculants must either be registered or in the process of registering to study Film/TV and Animation (minimum NQF level 6 qualification) at a KwaZuluNatal recognised tertiary institution.
  • Matriculants and undergraduates who wish to pursue their careers in Film/TV Production and Animation at a KwaZulu-Natal recognised tertiary institution.
  • Must be Residents of KwaZulu-Natal Province South African Citizens

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying(please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application being unsuccessful)

  • Applicants must be in their first year of study and applying for funding from year 2
  • Applicants must be able to prove financial need and academic potential
  • Applicants must display good academic potential in the fields of pure Maths, Accounting and Science
  • Applicants must be have been enrolled at an institution that meets our criteria for a minimum of 6 months at the time of application.

School criteria include:

  • Should have a minimum of 65% academic average in both matric and semester 1
  • Applicants must be South African citizens
  • Please note that there are limited bursaries available
  • Meeting the minimum selection criteria does not imply that your application will be successful

Charted Accountants Training (CAT) Programme

Minimum Requirements

  • B Compt Hons/final year or one year Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA) programme.
  • Current final year CTA students are also welcome to apply.
  • Applications must be accompanied by a CV including certified copies of your Grade 12 certificate, junior degree transcript, degree, and proof of final year CTA university registration.

Master’s and PhD in: 

  • Science
  • Engineering and technology fields and niche courses not available in South Africa may be prioritized.

Requirements:

  • A South African, Basotho or Malawian national;
  • Born on or after 1st January 1992;
  • Applicants must be eligible for admission to the chosen Master’s or Doctoral programme;
  • Enrolled in a French Higher Education institution to pursue a Master’s degree or PhD;
  • Master and PhD programmes in few higher education institutions on the African continent are eligible as well. The list of these eligible institutions can be found here.
